emojART Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

emojART lets you create emoji drawings without an account. Drawings you save locally stay on your device. Signing in is optional and is required only for account features such as uploading drawings to the Public Gallery. The app also uses third-party services for sign-in, cloud storage, purchases, and advertising.

Who operates emojART

emojART is operated by Navon apps. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Navon apps. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to navonapps@outlook.com.

Information processed by the app

Data stored only on your device

Drawings saved locally, favorite gallery items, brush settings, and similar preferences are stored on your device. We do not receive this local data unless you choose to upload or share it. You can remove it in the app, by clearing the app's data, or by uninstalling the app.

Optional account and profile information

If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, the sign-in provider and Firebase Authentication may process a provider identifier, emojART user ID, display name, email address, and profile picture, depending on what the provider supplies and what you authorize. We use this information for authentication, account management, and displaying your profile and gallery author name. You may use the drawing and local-save features without signing in.

Public Gallery content

If you choose to upload a drawing, we store the emoji drawing, its title and category, your display name and emojART user ID, upload time, and aggregate like information in Google Cloud Firestore. Uploaded drawings, titles, categories, display names, and like counts are visible to other emojART users. Your sign-in email and profile picture are not published in the gallery. Do not upload content you want to keep private.

Purchases

RevenueCat and the applicable app store process purchase history, product and entitlement information, transaction or receipt information, and a customer identifier so the app can complete and restore purchases and understand purchase performance. Navon apps does not receive your full payment-card details. Purchases are also subject to the payment and retention practices of Google Play or Apple's App Store.

Advertising and related technical data

emojART uses Google AdMob to provide ads. The advertising SDK may collect and share an IP address (which can be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions such as launches, taps, and ad views, diagnostic and performance information, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID or app-set ID. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Where required, the app will request consent or present privacy choices before requesting personalized ads. You can also manage advertising identifiers and ad-personalization settings in your device or Google account settings.

Sharing from emojART

When you use the system Share feature, the content you select is sent to the app or service you choose. That transfer is initiated by you and is governed by the receiving service's privacy practices.

How we use information

Service providers and sharing

We use the following services for the purposes described above:

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information. Advertising data may be shared with Google and its advertising partners as described above. Gallery information is made public only when you choose to upload it. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

Retention

Account and data deletion

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to emojART.
  2. Open the main menu and tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm Yes, delete my account.

This permanently deletes your emojART account and the drawings associated with your account in the Public Gallery. It does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription or revoke the permission previously given to your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. Manage those separately in the applicable provider's settings.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email navonapps@outlook.com with the subject “emojART account deletion request.” Include the Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in method you used and the email address associated with it, if the provider shared one with emojART. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account before deleting it. We will process verified requests within the period required by applicable law.

Delete gallery data without deleting your account

While signed in, open your own uploads in the Public Gallery, select a drawing, and tap the delete button. This removes that drawing while keeping your account active.

Security and international processing

Data sent between emojART and its service providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS or TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their published safeguards and applicable law.

Children

emojART is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the “Last updated” date.
