DragCalc Privacy Policy

DragCalc does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services. Your calculations and workspace remain on your device. Purchase information is processed only to provide and restore DragCalc Premium.
Who operates DragCalc
DragCalc is operated by Navon Apps. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Navon Apps. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to navonapps@outlook.com.
Information stored on your device
DragCalc stores your current calculation, saved result bubbles, optional bubble labels, workspace arrangement, selected theme, and app settings locally on your device. We do not receive this information. You can remove it by clearing bubbles or settings in the app, clearing the app's data where your device permits, or uninstalling DragCalc.
Purchases
DragCalc uses RevenueCat and the applicable app store to offer and restore DragCalc Premium. These services may process purchase history, product and entitlement information, transaction or receipt information, an anonymous customer identifier, and technical information such as device type and operating system. This processing is necessary to validate purchases, prevent fraud, restore access, provide purchase functionality, and understand purchase performance. Navon Apps does not receive your complete payment-card details.
DragCalc does not ask RevenueCat to associate purchase information with your name, email address, advertising identifier, or a DragCalc account. DragCalc does not use purchase information to track you across other apps or websites for advertising.
How information is used and shared
Purchase information is processed by RevenueCat, Apple, or Google only for purchase functionality, restoration, fraud prevention, support, and purchase analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Local workspace data remains on your device until you remove it. App stores and RevenueCat may retain purchase, transaction, security, and fraud-prevention records under their own policies or where required for financial reporting or law.
Request deletion of purchase-related data
Email navonapps@outlook.com with the subject “DragCalc data deletion request.” If possible, include the platform and the anonymous RevenueCat customer identifier shown in diagnostic information we ask you to provide. Do not send payment-card details. We may request limited information needed to locate and verify the relevant record. We will delete or request deletion of data we control where possible, subject to records that RevenueCat or the app store must retain for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Security and international processing
Purchase information sent between DragCalc and its service providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS or TLS. Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their published safeguards and applicable law. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
DragCalc is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when DragCalc, its service providers, or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the “Last updated” date.
